The Lodz office market has been enriched by a new project for the new times. Ogrodowa8 Cowork, created by Memos, a Warimpex Group company, is a response to the need for increased flexibility among companies running their business in a dynamically changing environment while looking for a modern workspace.
The office market in Lodz currently stands at 611,600 sqm of office space. Total demand for new offices in the first three months of 2022 amounted to more than 12,100 sqm, which is 422 percent more than in the same period last year, according to CBRE data. A very interesting project by Memos, Ogrodowa8 Cowork, has recently entered the market in Lodz.
“Our project is perfectly in line with the current times and responds to the needs of clients who want to develop their business in Lodz, but are not ready for the long-term commitment resulting from the need to rent an office.. Coworking space is the excellent solution for this type of demand. In the Ogrodowa8 Cowork our clients will find all the technical and IT infrastructure, reception facilities, various working spaces and those dedicated to receiving guests, including a dining or chillout area,” says Jerzy Krogulec, president of Warimpex Polska.
In the first stage of the Ogrodowa8 Cowork project, 34 workspaces in fully furnished two-, three- and five-desk offices are available to future tenants. Coworking is located in Ogrodowa 8 Office building, in the very centre of the city and very close proximity to the iconic Manufaktura and Piotrkowska Street. An additional advantage is a very good access to public transportation, which fits in with the concept of the 15-minute city to which Lodz aspires.
