OSG Records Management rents warehouse at PNK-Severnoye Sheremetyevo – EuropaProperty

OSG Records Management, a leading provider of document and data management solutions for CIS and the EU, has rented 11,420 sqm of warehouse space at PNK-Severnoye Sheremetyevo warehouse complex, which is being developed by PNK Group. The leasing agreement has been signed for 5 years.

PNK-Severnoye Sheremetyevo is located in the Moscow Region, 27 km from the Moscow Ring Road, along Rogachevskoe highway. The total area of the warehouse complex, with all A+ Class benefits, is around 400,000 sqm.

It is being designed and constructed with respect to the requirements of FM Global, one of the worlds’ largest insurance companies, focused on loss prevention services. OSG became one of the first tenants of the complex, along with Verny, a Russian food retail chain, which has commissioned a new 49,000 sqm distribution complex there, and Hilti, which will soon receive a new 13,200 sqm multifunctional warehouse complex here.

The construction works at PNK-Severnoye Sheremetyevo started in 2013; the delivery is planned for 2015.
