Panattoni Completes Sale of Silesian Investment to Generali Group Fund

Panattoni has finalized the sale of Panattoni Park Zabrze II, a modern logistics facility located in Silesia, to Generali Fond Realit, part of the Generali Group.

Panattoni Park Zabrze II, a fully commercialized facility in Silesia—the key industrial hub of Central and Eastern Europe—supports regional and Western European supply chains. The shift to the next phase of the cycle is driving buyers to seek high-quality opportunities,” said Michał Stanisławski, Co-Head of Capital Markets Poland at Panattoni.

Spanning 45,000 sqm, Panattoni Park Zabrze II is situated within the Katowice Special Economic Zone near the A1 and A4 motorways, offering excellent connectivity across Poland and the CEE region. Over half of the facility is leased to Zarys International Group, a leading European supplier of medical equipment.

The park boasts a BREEAM Excellent certification and incorporates energy- and water-saving technologies, reducing operational costs for tenants.

Upper Silesia, one of Central and Eastern Europe’s largest industrial hubs, continues to attract global businesses due to its robust transport infrastructure, sizable consumer market, and economic incentives. Panattoni Park Zabrze II addresses the growing demand for logistics facilities while aligning with global trends like nearshoring and supply chain optimization.
