Panattoni delivers new BTS terminal in Kraków

Panattoni has delivered a state-of-the-art terminal in Kraków for one of the leading players in the e-commerce market. As part of Panattoni Park Kraków East V, a BTS facility with an area of nearly 8,000 sqm has been built, serving as a logistics centre to support parcel sorting and the operation of a network of parcel lockers in southern Poland.

“E-commerce logistics today requires not only an excellent location, but also infrastructure tailored to operational processes and further business growth. Our long-standing collaboration with e-commerce platforms demonstrates the vital role that BTS projects play today in building efficient and scalable supply chains,” says Filip Noworól, Development Director at Panattoni.

The development comprises approximately 6,800 sqm of warehouse space and over 1,000 sqm of two-storey office space. The facility supports logistics operations related to parcel sorting and the management of parcel lockers, ensuring efficient distribution across southern Poland.

Panattoni Park Kraków East V is a 30,000 sqm Class A complex located in Zakrzów, 19 km east of Kraków city centre. Its location, less than 2 km from the Podłęże junction on the A4 motorway, 9 km from the S7 expressway and approximately 30 km from Kraków-Balice Airport, ensures excellent transport links to key markets both domestically and internationally.

Other tenants are already operating in the park, including Highway Automotive, Fabryka Kart Trefl-Kraków and Anticor. The facility holds a BREEAM environmental certificate at the Excellent level, which translates into lower operating costs for the companies based there.
