Panattoni Europe leases 10,000 sqm to Komputronik near Poznań – EuropaProperty

Panattoni Europe has signed a contract with Komputronik. The company will lease 10,000 sqm in the developer’s newly built park near Poznań. Prime Real Estate Solutions S.A mediated the transaction.

The contract is for the lease of 10,000 sqm in a newly built park, featuring a planned total of 12,000 sqm. The facility is located in Komorniki near Poznań, and its commissioning is scheduled for February 2015.

“Komputronik is developing very dynamically, so we want to be prepared, also in terms of logistics, for the future growth of our operations, mainly for further growth of our sales. It is also important to us that we will be able to expand our leased warehouse space in the future, and even to lease space only for a season, if such a necessity should arise,” said Wojciech Buczkowski, President of the Board at Komputronik S.A.

The new park is located in Komorniki near Poznań. The complex is close to major traffic junctions (interchange of the A2 motorway and S11 expressway), so products can be delivered quickly to the reloading hubs of Komputronik S.A. in Germany. Notably, the newly built facility is one of the developer’s five complexes in Greater Poland, where Panattoni Europe is creating a vast supply of warehouse space accounting for more than 366,000 sqm.
