Panattoni launches new investment in Rzeszów

Panattoni has purchased on behalf of the investor a 13-hectare plot and is launching a new investment in the Podkarpacie region. The first phase of Panattoni Park Rzeszów North II, where three tenants have already signed agreements, will include two buildings totalling over 42,000 sqm. Ultimately, the complex will exceed 110,000 sqm. The investor is a real estate fund managed by Jet Investment.

“Rzeszów is attracting international giants and gaining importance as a significant logistics and manufacturing hub. We are seeing growing interest from companies that value both the availability of workers and its strategic location on two key transport routes – the A4 motorway and the S19 expressway, which is part of the Via Carpathia route,” says Michał Samborski, Head of Development at Panattoni.

The first building is being developed as a BTS project for a leading courier company. The 7,300 sqm facility will house a regional parcel sorting centre. The client plans to launch operations in October 2026, but the building will be handed over six months earlier to allow for the installation of a modern, automated sorter.

Construction of a second 35,000 sqm hall will commence simultaneously, with 9,900 sqm occupied by a full-service logistics operator and 4,000 sqm by an automotive e-commerce company.

The investor is Jet Industrial Lease SICAV, a real estate fund that actively invests capital in industrial properties across Central Europe. The fund is managed by Jet Investment, which, in addition to its real estate fund, also manages successful private equity and venture capital funds.

Panattoni Park Rzeszów North II is located on the A4 motorway, near two interchanges – including the S19 (Via Carpathia) interchange – facilitating access to the markets of southeastern Poland, as well as Slovakia and Romania. Rzeszów Airport is 4 km away, and the Rzeszów city centre is 10 km away.
