A logistics operator serving the e-commerce sector has leased 17,500 sqm at Panattoni Park Gorzów II. The agreement paves the way for the start of construction on the third phase of the development. At the same time, Panattoni has handed over the previous phase: a 5,300 sqm BTS facility for a courier company.
The tenant of the new facility will be a global company specialising in logistics services and supply chain management for the e-commerce sector, which already occupies space at Panattoni Park Gorzów II. Until construction is completed, scheduled for May 2027, the operator will utilise 13,000 sqm of space in the first building at Panattoni Park Gorzów II and, from autumn 2026, also at another of the developer’s parks – Panattoni Park Gorzów I – where it has leased 4,000 sqm.
“Panattoni Park Gorzów II is an example of a development that is evolving in line with market needs and those of our clients. The start of construction on the final hall, which is already fully secured under a lease agreement, confirms the potential of this location,” says Dorota Jagodzińska-Sasson, Managing Director at Panattoni.
The decision to expand the park was taken immediately after the completion of the second phase of the project – a BTS warehouse built for one of the leading courier companies. The project features, amongst other things, specialised courier doors and a multi-level sorter, as well as building automation solutions, including DALI-controlled lighting and twilight sensors. The facility is also equipped with a photovoltaic system and electric vehicle chargers. Outside, shelters have been installed, amongst other features, and the area around the building has been developed in line with the tenant’s requirements.

Panattoni Park Gorzów II is a phased development. The first hall, with an area of 36,500 sqm, was completed in 2022. The second, built in 2026 as a BTS facility for a courier company, has a floor area of 5,300 sqm. The developer has now commenced construction of the third and final hall. Ultimately, the complex will comprise a total of 59,000 sqm of space.
