Panattoni secures financing from Erste Group for the completion of Panattoni Park Warsaw West

The latest hall at Panattoni Park Warsaw West is a 16,460 sqm building being developed for logistics operator XBS Logistics. The entire park will comprise over 90,000 sqm of modern industrial space and is already fully commercialised.

The investment is characterised by an excellent location – close to Warsaw, 35 minutes from Warsaw Chopin International Airport and in the vicinity of the planned Central Communication Port, as well as good access to major transport routes, including the A2 motorway connecting key logistics centres in the region: Warsaw, Łódź, Poznań and Berlin. The facility incorporates numerous energy and water-saving solutions, which translates into lower operating costs for tenants. The building will undergo BREEAM environmental certification at the Excellent level.
