Panattoni has completed the commercialisation of Panattoni Park Koluszki and commenced work to extend the centre by 14,000 sqm. The centre’s current tenants, Kamoka and Pet Republic, have decided to lease the additional space.
Kamoka, a European supplier of vehicle parts, has been operating a distribution centre from Panattoni Park Koluszki for over two years. The company is now set to nearly double the size of its space from the 13,400 sqm it currently leases to 26,500 sqm. Another tenant, Pet Republic, has also opted to expand. The pet food producer operates an automated plant in Koluszki Park as well as a logistics centre. At present, the tenant leases an area of 12,000 sqm, which it plans to increase to 13,700 sqm.
“We are delighted that our clients have chosen to strengthen their relationships with us. This is the finest endorsement for our development,” says Dorota Jagodzińska-Sasson, Managing Director at Panattoni.
Upon completion, the park will boast an area of 40,500 sqm, with the new space scheduled for handover in the first quarter of 2025. “The full commercialisation of Panattoni Park Koluszki – a class A development – confirms the growing business potential of this location,” explains Dorota Jagodzińska-Sasson. “The Central Poland Region is crucial to logistics operators, distributors and manufacturers due to the intersection of Poland’s main transport routes. This creates unique opportunities to operate on both national and international scales. Koluszki offers an attractive alternative to Łódź – not only due to its prime location in the very centre of the country but also because it benefits from being within a special economic zone with access to labour, which is notably scarce in the country’s primary investment centres.”
Panattoni Park Koluszki is situated at a strategic point in Central Poland, with convenient access to the A1 and A2 motorways. The transport infrastructure is complemented by a nearby railway hub. The centre has obtained BREEAM environmental certification and incorporates solutions to reduce energy and water consumption, as well as to enhance user well-being.
