Panek leases an office in the Grójecka Offices building – EuropaProperty

Panek S.A. has leased 660 sqm of quality office space located on the seventh floor of the Grójecka Offices building currently under construction in Warsaw’s Ochota district. The building offers 7,400 sqm of A Class office space as well as retail and service units situated on the building’s ground floor. The building will be launched in Q2 2017. The developer behind the scheme is OKRE Development.

“Location is one of the factors that distinguish the Grójecka Offices building from others on Warsaw’s office property map. The office building is being constructed at ulica Grójecka 206, which means convenient and quick access by public transport from Warsaw’s core centre: it only takes around 15 minutes. The building is also easily accessed by car as ulica Grójecka is one of Warsaw’s main thoroughfares,” said Monika Rogucka, Leasing Manager at OKRE Development.
