Passerinvest Group begins construction of Roztyly Plaza

Passerinvest Group has begun the construction of Roztyly Plaza office building. The building, with a total area of 23,000 sqm from the workshop of the architect studio Aulík Fišer architekti, is located right by the Roztyly metro station in Prague 11.

In addition to seven storeys of prime office space, the Roztyly Plaza office building also offers 1,500 sqm of retail space on the ground floor. There are plans for a supermarket, public cafeteria and other services for daily use here in the future. The building will also include underground garages with 330 parking spots for tenants and another 100 in the P+R parking lot.

“As is our custom, the Roztyly Plaza building will combine stylish modern architecture and maximum functionality and comfort. In addition to large category A offices, the building tenants will have available to them a unique interior atrium with relaxation zones, water features and spaces for meetings as well as a roof-top terrace with an abundance of greenery. The construction of environmentally-friendly buildings is also a matter of course for us, with an emphasis on energy-saving technologies and the creation of a comfortable working environment for employees, which is why Roztyly Plaza will also fulfil all the criteria of sustainable urbanism and obtain the relevant certificates,” explained Lenka Preslová, the Sales Director of Passerinvest Group.
