PKB Inwest Budowa is launching another project, this time to develop a modern shopping park in Nowa Ruda. Construction is scheduled to begin this fall. This will be the fourth project undertaken by the company this year.
The retail and service complex, designed for convenient daily shopping, will be located in Nowa Ruda on Pułkownika Józefa Sokoła Street. The site is near Provincial Road No. 381, which connects Nowa Ruda with Wałbrzych and Kłodzko and is one of the main traffic arteries in the city. This location will provide easy access for both city residents and the entire county, which has over 160,000 inhabitants.
“The investment in Nowa Ruda is a very important project for us. The second largest city in the Kłodzko county, with about 20,000 residents, is developing dynamically, and its residents deserve a modern shopping center that will meet their daily needs. The proximity of Provincial Road No. 381 further increases the attractiveness of this location, making it easily accessible to a wide range of customers. We are convinced that the Shopping Park in Nowa Ruda will become a favorite shopping destination for the local community,” says Jacek Ostwald, General Partner of PKB Inwest Budowa.
The investment will include the construction of three retail and service buildings with a total rental area of 5,700 sqm. They will house ten units of well-known and popular brands, with direct entrances from the parking lot. There will be 155 parking spaces available for motorized customers.
“Due to the high potential of the location, the shopping park in Nowa Ruda has attracted a lot of interest from both Polish and foreign companies. One of the tenants will be Biedronka, the largest discount store chain in Poland. Other units will be occupied by companies from sectors such as drugstores, clothing, and home furnishings. Thanks to this selection of tenants, the park’s shopping offer will be comprehensive, allowing customers to make all their essential purchases in one place,” says Henryk Pichłacz, General Partner of PKB Inwest Budowa.
Construction is scheduled to begin this fall, and the opening of the complex is planned for the second quarter of 2025.
