PKB Inwest Budowa has received a final building permit for the construction of a retail park in Rokietnica (Greater Poland Voivodeship). This is the fourth project initiated by the investor this year.
The retail and service park in Rokietnica is just 1 km from the S11 expressway. The investment will include six retail and service buildings with a total area of approximately 6,700 sqm, situated near a newly opened Biedronka store. Additionally, the area surrounding the new park is predominantly residential, with both multi-family and single-family housing.
“About 20,000 people live in the Rokietnica municipality. Near our park, aside from a large grocery discount store, which will be a great complement to our planned offerings, there is a lack of the most popular retail chains increasingly chosen by a wide range of consumers. Therefore, we are convinced that our park will perfectly fill this gap in the market and meet the needs of the residents,” says Jacek Ostwald, a general partner at PKB Inwest Budowa.
The park will feature several retail units, popular and well-liked by customers, offering a wide range of products and services. For customer convenience, approximately 190 external parking spaces are planned, ensuring comfortable access directly from the parking lot to all retail points.
“Selecting the right tenants is one of the key elements in creating an attractive and functional place for the local community, which ultimately translates into the success of the entire investment. To meet this challenge, we are collaborating with a variety of brands—from everyday product stores to clothing, drugstore, service points, and even gastronomy,” says Anita Kaczmarska, Director of Commercialization at PKB Inwest Budowa.
The new investment in Rokietnica will not only meet the current needs of consumers but also support local entrepreneurship by creating new jobs and spaces for various retail and service activities.
Construction is scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of 2025.
