PNK Group has reported the delivery of more than 300,000 sqm of high quality warehouse space over 2013, which has shown the positive year on year group’s dynamics and its steady growth. According to the international property consultancy Knight Frank, this counts for more than 30 percent of the total volume of warehouse and industrial spaces delivered in 2013 in Moscow Region, which has exceeded 800,000 sqm.

Currently, PNK Group has the following ongoing projects: PNK-Chekhov 2, PNK-Bekasovo, PNK-Severnoye Sheremetyevo, PNK-KAD and PNK-Tolmachevo. The construction of PNK-Chekhov 2 warehouse complex (285,500 sq m) started in 2012. PNK-Bekasovo logistics park (160,000 sqm) is located in Moscow Region, 49 km from the Moscow Ring Road on the Kievskoye Highway, the start of construction scheduled for 2014. PNK-Severnoye Sheremetyevo warehouse complex (397,400 sqm) is located in the Dmitrovsky District of Moscow Region. The construction of the complex started in 2013 and the delivery is planned for 2015. PNK-KAD warehouse complex (73,500 sqm) is located in Leningrad Region, the construction started in 2013. PNK-Tolmachevo warehouse complex (382,500 sqm) is being developed in Novosibirsk Region. The first phase delivered in 2010 won CRE Federal Awards in the nomination ‘Warehouse Real Estate’. The delivery of the whole complex is planned for 2014.
Also PNK Group announced its plans to launch three new warehouse projects in 2014. Details are to follow later through the year.
