Polski Gaz S.A., a leading LPG distributor and transhipment operator in Poland, has signed a leasing agreement for 250 sqm of office space at Stawki 40. The tenant has been in the new building since 1 June. BSC Real Estate Advisors advised the tenant in the process of finding a new office.
Stawki 40, a building owned by M3 Capital Partners (UK) LPP, is located between Jana Pawła II Avenue and Okopowa Street. It is a six-floor building offering more than 10 000 sqm total office space. Currently the building is fully leased.
