Prologis fully leases Prague D1 Parks after agreement with Helicar – EuropaProperty

Prologis has signed a lease agreement with Helicar, an industry leader in international car transport, for 10,000 sqm of distribution and office space at Prologis Park Prague D1 East.

“We are very pleased to have concluded this new agreement with Helicar, which means that both Prologis Park Prague D1 East and West are now fully let,” said Pavlina Plaskova, Prologis’ leasing manager for the Czech Republic. “Location is a priority for most of our customers, and we are glad to be able to provide them with high-quality space in the D1 zone, which is one of the most highly-sought-after areas in the region.”

Prologis Park Prague D1 East & West are state-of-the-art parks, totalling 212,000 sqm of industrial space. The parks are adjacent and located at the D1 motorway, just 11 kilometres south east of Prague
at the Ríčany/Jesenice junction.
