Savills Investment Management (Savills IM) and Vestas Investment Management (Vestas) announced the signing of lease extension agreements with Prosperplast in two buildings at Beskid Park II, a logistics and production hub located in Southern Poland. Prosperplast has decided to stay in the facility leasing 21,079 sqm. in Building DC1 for an additional period of five years and 9,177 sqm. in Building DC2 for a further four years.
Prosperplast is a manufacturer of innovative solutions for homes and gardens. The company was established in 1993 and the brand is present in 80 countries. Its logistic centres and commercial offices are located not only in Poland but also in Germany, Czechia, and Hungary.

Beskid Park II is located in the Upper Silesia region in Poland, which has established itself as one of the largest clusters of production and distribution facilities for the automotive industry in Europe. The region is a well-established cross-border hub, near the border with Czechia and Slovakia. The asset itself is strategically located in Czechowice-Dziedzice, directly adjacent to national road no. 1, which connects the property to the A4 highway – the most important transportation corridor in Southern Poland.
The asset comprises 90,000 sqm of a multi-let warehouse and production facility made up of five buildings. Four of these are standard specifications, with one build-to-suit facility for Valeo. The complex is BREEAM certified as ‘Very Good’ in construction.
