Hines has announced that Proximo, a Class A office building located directly at the new metro station, Daszyński Roundabout, in Warsaw, has obtained its final building permit.
Designed by the highly reputable architectural studio, Rolfe Judd, the building will comprise 28,385 sqm in total, including 2,000 sqm of retail. Further, parking for 435 cars will be provided in an internal, three-level below-grade garage. Additionally, Proximo will be certified to a BREEAM Very Good standard.
According to the developers, Proximo will provide tenants with an unbeatable location with immediate proximity to Daszyński Roundabout and the second metro line station under the same name. All seven entries to the new metro station are situated on the west side of Daszyński Roundabout and the nearest entry is located 20 meters from the main entrance to the building.
The general contractor on the project is the Warsaw branch of Hochtief Poland. Construction will be completed in May 2016 and in June 2016 the building will be ready for occupancy.
