The logistics operator Raben Logistics Polska, part of the European Raben Group, has opted for Panattoni Europe again. The company decided to take out a lease on three warehouse buildings totalling 42,526 sqm. The transaction was mediated by BNP Paribas Real Estate.
Two neighbouring facilities, which will serve as warehouse space, will take up respectively: 20,800 sqm of which offices will be located on 900 sqm and 12,019 sqm with 300 sqm of warehouse space. The clear height in the warehouse will reach 12 m, which will enable the tenant to use not only reach trucks, but also platform trucks and counterbalance forklift trucks. Additionally, the second building will be ready for the installation of a temperature control system. The third building will be a cross-docking facility, 6 m high and offering 9,500 sqm of space. Its office space will amount to 1,400 sqm. All three buildings have been designed in line with the standards and requirements of Raben Group, which will use them to provide logistics services to its clients. The investment will also feature 214 car parking spaces and 65 truck parking spaces.
Marek Dobrzycki, Managing Director Panattoni Europe, commented: “The facilities will become part of Panattoni Park Grodzisk III, a complex located near the Grodzisk Mazowiecki Junction on the A2 motorway and close to the planned bypass of Grodzisk Mazowiecki. It is a strategic location for clients who focus on providing logistics services in the Warsaw market as well as nationwide. I am happy that we have been able to offer such a convenient location to our long-term client, who over the years has leased in excess of 90,000 sqm in total in the most strategic locations offered by Panattoni Europe.”
At full build-out, Panattoni Park Grodzisk III will comprise around 70,000 sqm of modern warehouse and office space which can be flexibly subdivided into units and can also be adapted for light manufacturing purposes.
