Rajapack in Gate One Business Park – EuropaProperty

Rajapack, a leading distributor of packaging, has leased nearly 6,000 sqm of warehouse and office space in Gate One Business Park. Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in this deal.

Rajapack is part of the Raja Group, a distributor of packaging in fifteen countries across Europe. It offers more than 2,500 products for protecting goods to be dispatched or stored, with next day delivery following the order placement. Rajapack has been present on the Polish market since 1998. It will use Gate One Business Park as its head office in Poland and a distribution centre for Central and Eastern Europe.

Gate One Business Park is a modern A Class warehouse and office facility in Warsaw, near the Frederic Chopin International Airport, and provides 18,780 sqm of gross leasable area (GLA), including 15,270 sqm of warehouse space on the ground floor and 3,510 sqm of office space on the mezzanine level. The scheme is currently 76 percent let. The complex is owned by Raiffeisen Immobilien Kapitalanlage-Gesellschaft m.b.H.
