As many as five new lease agreements for the office space in North Gate were signed by the owner of the property, Deka Immobilien investment fund, represented by real estate advisor Savills. The new tenants are: Emerge Software, Flying Wild Hog, Sigma Connectivity and two marketing companies including Young & Rubicam. The total space recently leased in the building amounts to over 4,300 sqm.
Emerge Software provides advisory services for telecom and IT firms. Flying Wild Hog is a Polish developer of computer games. Sigma Connectivity offers services for the IT industry whereas Young & Rubicam is a marketing company owned by WPP Group.
Daniel Czarnecki, Portfolio Manager and Jakub Parys, Senior Consultant in Landlord Representation, Office Agency at Savills advised the property owner in the transaction.
“More lease agreements signed in just a few months since we were appointed as a co-agent of North Gate prove that tenants appreciate among other things its convenient location,” said Jakub Parys from Savills. “The building is currently under refurbishment, thanks to which the reception lobby will be refreshed, facilities for bicycles will be expanded and co-working space and a conference centre accessible to all tenants will be added. The last free modules are still available for companies which would like to locate their offices in the building.”
North Gate is an 87-metre tall, A Class office building located at 17 Bonifraterska street in Warsaw. In total the 29-storey building comprises 41,800 sqm. The 35,600 sqm of usable space includes 28,000 sqm of modern office space. The building offers five parking floors with 310 parking spaces. North Gate has convenient access to transport infrastructure and public transport. Trams and bus stops as well as the Dworzec Gdański metro station are located very close to the building. In the immediate vicinity there is Ibis Hotel and many shops and services, including the Arkadia Shopping Centre.
Savills is one of two agencies which support the Deka Immobilien investment fund in the commercialization process of North Gate.
