Developer REDPORT announced record financial results for the first ten months of 2025. The company reported housing pre-sales and pre-leases totalling €50 million, a level 25 percent higher compared to the same period of the previous year, maintaining its strong growth trend from recent years.
This year’s significant advance is driven by the launch of the VITALITY EST project, one of the largest urban regeneration initiatives in the eastern part of Bucharest. The project has generated strong interest from REDPORT clients, both among those looking for a modern home in a well-connected area and among investors seeking stable and consistent returns.
“The results achieved in the first 10 months of 2025 confirm that REDPORT is on the right track. We have strengthened our market position through a 25 percent increase this year compared to 2024 and through the trust of our clients and partners. A sales growth of one quarter compared to last year, in a complex economic environment, proves that the real estate market in the capital city has very high potential when quality, an advantageous location with multiple benefits, and a coherent, long-term development vision come together,” says Cosmin Savu-Cristescu, CEO and Founder of REDPORT.
REDPORT currently operates a complete portfolio covering all residential market segments: mid-range (represented by the VITALITY EST project), upper-high (through THE LEVEL APARTMENTS) and premium (through INFINITY NORD, one of the largest urban regeneration projects in the city).
This strategic diversification is one of the main drivers of the company’s market growth and consolidation. The three projects deliver a balanced mix between sales volumes and development cycles.
“Our cross-segment portfolio allows us to address both young families and investors. We develop at a pace that supports a healthy dynamic between supply and demand. Bucharest remains one of the most affordable European capitals, with strong demand, limited availability, and a residential stock that in large part exceeds 60 years of age, offering small areas and standards that are no longer aligned with modern living. All these elements support a real need for new homes and create the foundation for sustainable growth,” explains Sorin Ioan Blaga, Chief Commercial Officer REDPORT.
VITALITY EST, the project that has attracted the highest level of public interest in 2025, is designed as an integrated development that will significantly raise the housing standards in the eastern area of Bucharest.
“VITALITY EST is more than a new residential project; it is an investment in the future of the capital city. It is our most ambitious development to date and the main engine of REDPORT’s growth in 2025,” adds Sorin Ioan Blaga.
