The CEE Retail Awards is dedicated to fostering a dynamic networking environment, offering a professional platform for deal-making, relationship-building, and in-depth discussions on the evolving retail investment and development opportunities within the market.
Kicking off the event is the CEE Retail & CEO Networking Forum, a series of discussion panels covering the most pertinent topics and issues in today’s rapidly evolving retail sector. The Retail Forum provides a unique opportunity to gain insights from some of the retail market’s foremost thought leaders and engage in discussions about the industry’s most critical subjects.
This event encompasses forums, networking sessions, retailer platforms, and an awards gala, providing an exceptional opportunity to establish new contacts and rejuvenate existing business relationships on a professional networking platform.
The event also highlights e-retail and innovation, offering a chance to meet the most active retailers, innovators, e-retailers, investors, developers, bankers, asset managers, and CRE professionals already active or seeking entry into the region. The Retailer Networking Platform serves as the backdrop for the entire event, providing an online platform where developers and retailers can convene to discuss, shape, and finalize deals.
At the awards gala, retailers, real estate companies, projects, and individuals will be honoured with awards of recognition from the industry for their significant contributions to the development of the retail commercial real estate market in the region.
EuropaProperty anticipates over 400 participants, including more than 100 retailers currently conducting or planning to conduct business in the region. This event will receive substantial media coverage, with both local and international media present, providing participants, companies, and award winners with an additional platform to promote themselves and, of course, the retail sector across Central and Eastern Europe.
Nominations will be evaluated by an independent Jury of prominent real estate professionals representing various sectors of the commercial real estate and retail industries in the region. The Jury will conduct an initial online vote on all received nominations in early January to create the shortlist. The shortlisted semi-finalists will then have their entries carefully reviewed by the Jury, who will cast their votes to determine the winners. This process will take place on the evening before the gala during a jury dinner held at the InterContinental. The voting process will be audited by EY, the Event Auditor.
Countries eligible to participate in the awards include Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Ukraine, Austria, Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.
