Regus, the leading international provider of flexible office space solutions, has signed another lease agreement in Warsaw. This time the contract covers an area of approximately 1550 sqm located on two floors in building C of the Polna Corner complex. Experts from JLL advised Regus on the processes of selecting the appropriate location and negotiation of lease terms. CBRE represented the landlord, Ceraco.
“We are pleased to welcome Regus to our Polna Corner complex. Users of space offered by Regus will have the opportunity to benefit from a state-of-the-art office building located in close proximity to Politechnika metro station. The working environment will be enhanced by naturally lit interiors. A terrace and an atmospheric courtyard which is surrounded by historic tenement buildings are both available to the company’s customers,” commented Joanna Klocek of Polna Sp. z o.o., part of the Ceraco development group.
Polna Corner is a complex that consists of a boutique office scheme, an office tenement building as well as a residential tenement building that complement the city’s downtown land development. Its cozy character creates a comfortable place to work with its top-tier standards recognized with BREEAM certification. The complex’s nine floors above ground offer approximately 6000 sqm of office space for lease. Furthermore, the complex provides 62 parking spaces in a 3-storey underground parking garage. In addition, the building also has amenities such as a restaurant, coffee-bar, juice bar, facilities for cyclists (bicycle stands, shower cubicles) and a restored patio that can be an inspiring place to hold meetings.
“We are perfectly aware of the goals and ambitions of Regus. We have worked on choosing the best location for this client on numerous occasions. The concluded lease agreement for another business center in Warsaw indicates the brand’s rapid development as well as the increasing demand for flexible office solutions. Taking all this into account, Polna Corner was the obvious choice for us. We are pleased that we have been able once again to propose a solution that perfectly fits into the real estate strategy of Regus’ business center network,” added Jarosław Kwiecień, Consultant, Tenant Representation, JLL.
Polna Corner is located in the very center of Warsaw, at 3A Waryńskiego Street, in close proximity to major arterial routes – Aleja Lecha Kaczyńskiego Avenue (formerly Armii Ludowej Avenue) and Marszałkowska Street which leads to Waryńskiego Street, as well as the Politechnika metro station and Mokotów Fields. The project is also within easy reach of Warsaw Chopin Airport. In addition, the Śródmieście district of Warsaw offers an extremely wide range of services – cafes, restaurants, shops – all adjacent to Polna Corner.
