Regus, the leading global provider of flexible and coworking office spaces, is to launch its second office in the Tri-City. This time the company will move into the Gdańsk-based Opera Office building, owned by Benson Elliot and Sharow Capital, where it has leased 1,400 sqm of space. Experts from JLL advised Regus on the processes of searching for the appropriate location and negotiation of lease terms.
The opening of the company’s new office is planned for Q4 2018.
“Flexible spaces for work in Poland are becoming increasingly popular. This trend applies not only to the Warsaw market, but also more often to regional cities .Tri-City, for example, is one of the fastest developing business locations because of its extensive labor market and high quality of life. These factors played an important part in the decision to open our second office in the Tri-City. Our new branch will be launched in the Opera Office before the end of 2018,” said Rafał Gabteni, Area Director at IWG Group, which incorporates the largest suppliers of working space, including Regus and Spaces.
Opera Office is one of the most famous office projects in the Tri-City. The building offers up to 8,200 sqm of space which can be arranged in accordance with the specific requirements of tenants.
“The office building was designed with a view of creating comfortable working conditions. Its large glass facade offers increased access to natural light while the open spaces enable efficient interior arrangements. In addition, Opera Office is characterized by its convenient location. The building is located on the border between Gdańsk and Wrzeszcz, and as a consequence, is well-served by public transportation and hotel accommodation, which is particularly important for people who travel to the Tri-City for work, and who can lease office desks on an hourly basis,” explained Jarosław Kwiecień, Consultant, Tenant Representation, JLL.
