Colliers International has announced the decision of LPP Group to enter the Republic of Belarus and launch its flagship brand RESERVED.
The flagship store of the RESERVED brand occupying more than 2,000 sqm will be located in the Galleria Minsk Mall. Colliers International is a project consultant for Galleria Minsk.
RESERVED is a popular clothing brand (for ladies, men and children) which combines the latest trends, excellent European quality and affordable prices. The intention is to answer all the needs of the customer, starting from everyday clothes, through smart casual clothes for work and ending with party outfits. This is a fast fashion brand – the stores have the newest models delivered every three weeks. The first RESERVED store was opened the mid ’90s. Today RESERVED has around 440 stores in 18 countries across Europe and the Middle East. The store at the Galleria Minsk Mall will be the first one in Belarus.
The mixed-use shopping and entertainment centre Galleria Minsk is an ultra-modern shopping mall located in the very heart of the historical and cultural part of Minsk. The mixed-used complex (54,500 GBA, 36,000 sqm GLA) also includes the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel and a multi-level car park for 1,000 cars.
