Resi4Rent, Poland’s largest operator in the Private Rented Sector (PRS), is expanding its offerings in Wrocław. As part of the first of this year’s planned investments, 290 subscription-based apartments have been added to the local market.
Resi4Rent has been successfully operating in Wrocław since 2019. Until now, the company had three developments in the city, which have gained popularity among the local community. This year alone, the company plans to expand its presence in Wrocław with three new developments, adding a total of over 950 units. The first building is already available for occupancy.
“Wrocław is a very important market for us; it was here that we debuted as a subscription-based housing investor and operator. Our service has been well received from the beginning, as evidenced by the 98 percent occupancy rate of our developments. The latest project — Phase II of the Wrocław Jaworska investment — has been attracting a lot of interest from customers since its opening. The pace of commercialization confirms the Resi4Rent brand’s reputation and demonstrates the high demand for quality products in Wrocław. By joining the Resi4Rent community, clients can be assured of living in a well-maintained, modern development that is professionally managed and monitored, with support from caretakers and administration during the lease term. Clients also appreciate the proximity to universities, workplaces, and recreational areas, as well as the good transport links that allow them to fully enjoy city life. They value the atmosphere in our neighbourhoods, which we foster by organizing various integration events,” said Sławomir Imianowski, CEO of Resi4Rent.
With the latest investment, Resi4Rent has expanded the Wrocław Jaworska estate, known for the largest botanical mural in Lower Silesia, which adorns one of the facades. The second building will feature vegetation covering half of one of its walls. This green facade not only creates a unique atmosphere and filters air pollution but also serves as a natural insulator, protecting from heat in summer and acting as a barrier against wind and cold in winter.
The estate is located next to the Lower Silesian University, surrounded by green areas ideal for cycling and walking. The location provides easy access to tram and bus lines, as well as the Wrocław Mikołajów railway station, making it easy to reach any part of the city. Nearby, there are numerous shops and one of the city’s largest shopping malls. Szczepin is also home to many office buildings.
Previously, the Resi4Rent Wrocław Jaworska estate offered 391 subscription-based apartments; after the expansion, this number has increased to 681. The newly available building offers units ranging from 23 to 52 sqm, fully equipped and designed to meet current market demands. All units offer comfort and modern architecture.
The subscription housing service includes accommodation in a fully furnished and equipped apartment with household appliances, Wi-Fi access, a dedicated billing management panel, technical service, and continuous customer support. Clients can freely choose not only the number of rooms, the floor of the building, or the orientation, but also the duration of the contract, which can range from 3 to 12 months with a guarantee of unchanged conditions.
“2024 is a record-breaking year for the growth of the Resi4Rent platform across Poland. We plan to expand our portfolio, which at the beginning of 2024 included over 4,100 units, by more than 50 percent within the year,” announced Sławomir Imianowski, CEO of Resi4Rent.
