Resi4Rent has completed construction of another residential project in Wrocław. The new subscription-based housing estate is located on Grabiszyńska Street – one of the city’s main thoroughfares, in the Fabryczna district.
Resi4Rent Grabiszyńska is already the sixth project in Wrocław delivered by the largest Private Rented Sector (PRS) operator in Poland. The company continues to pursue its strategy of expanding its offer in the six largest regional cities. In 2024 alone, Resi4Rent completed two projects in Wrocław – Wrocław Park Zachodni and the second stage of Wrocław Jaworska. With the opening of the latest Grabiszyńska estate, the company’s total offer in Wrocław now includes 1,653 units, accounting for a significant share of the city’s PRS market.
“Wrocław is our second-largest market after Warsaw, and, as industry analyses show, this also applies to other PRS operators. Looking back on six years of active presence in the sector, we can clearly see that the service we provide is increasingly needed in rapidly developing cities like this. Clients are looking for a reasonable alternative to buying property – most often for financial reasons, lifestyle considerations, or personal outlook. Younger generations in particular value flexible, comprehensive solutions and the community-oriented character of subscription-based housing. Shared spaces, as well as access to shops and services within the buildings, are important for more than 80% of our clients. The positive reception of our previous projects reassures us that we are moving in the right direction. In the coming years, we plan to deliver new developments both in Wrocław and other regional cities,” says Sławomir Imianowski, CEO of Resi4Rent.
The Grabiszyńska estate consists of three buildings. The offer includes fully furnished units equipped with household appliances and basic Wi-Fi, available in four layouts: ResiStudio (one-room), ResiStudio+ (one-room with a sleeping alcove), ResiComfort (two-room), and ResiFamily (three-room). The ground floors will feature retail and service units, including a Żabka convenience store and a Gorąco Polecam bakery. For larger shopping needs, residents will find nearby supermarkets (Lewiatan and Delikatesy Centrum) and the Tarasy Grabiszyńskie shopping mall, located less than half a kilometre away.
Some top-floor apartments have terraces with panoramic city views. Residents will also have access to a landscaped courtyard located directly between the buildings. To reduce car traffic and preserve the quality of the living environment, parking is provided in two underground garages.
“We create places where people can live comfortably, in line with their values and lifestyle, within open and multicultural communities. Our estates are popular among students, young professionals starting their careers, and families with children. This is reflected in our average annual occupancy rate of 98 percent. At Resi4Rent, we support our clients not only with formalities and day-to-day matters but also with settling into a new community. Thanks to neighborhood events, our residents often discover shared life stages, experiences, and interests – a great foundation for building lasting and meaningful relationships,” concludes Alicja Kościesza, Sales and Marketing Director at Resi4Rent.
