Ronson Development returns to Wrocław with the third edition of the highly successful Vitalia development. The developer launched pre-sale of 27 apartments in the Vitalia Residence project, where ultimately 81 spacious apartments will be built in cozy urban villas. Their prices start at PLN 6,200 per sqm. In the previous two stages of the Wrocław project only two last units are left from the 222 completed apartments.
Vitalia Residence will be the most prestigious stage of the Wrocław development. In the project, nine cozy urban villas with nine apartments in each will be built. In the pre-sale, which will last until 1 June, three buildings with 27 apartments will be offered.
“Vitalia Residence with be Wrocław’s equivalent of our Warsaw prestigious property development Nova Królikarnia. From the very beginning Vitalia was a project featuring particularly high quality, but in the third stage we enter an even higher level and we will offer apartments that have not been available in this part of Wrocław before. In the Klecina district we are creating a green enclave with its own fountain and elegant developments, which will perfectly harmonize with the environment. Vitalia Residence is a cherry on our cake,” says Justyna Hamrol, regional director of sales and marketing at Ronson Development.
With families in mind
In the pre-sale, 13 apartments with 3 rooms and 5 apartments with 4 rooms will be offered along with apartments with mezzanines and terraces which can be divided into 4 to 6 rooms. The buyers may choose a space from 57 to 126 sqm. The prices of 3-room apartments start at PLN 427,000.
“Based on the experience from previous two stages, which are basically sold out, we have decided in Vitalia Residence to go for a layout planned mainly for clients looking for the ultimate residence for their family. Therefore we have decided to build apartments with three or more rooms,” notes Justyna Hamrol.
The Vitalia development is located in Wrocław’s Klecina district. In the direct vicinity there are, for example, a pharmacy, swimming pool, Bielany Shopping Mall, physicians’ practices, nursery, kindergarten, school, numerous shops and a hospital. The property development offers convenient access to green areas such as the Kleciński Park, Grabiszyński Park or Południowy Park. The transportation has been significantly improved by the opening of the bridge over the Ślęza River, which connected ul. Racławicka with al. Piastów. As a result the commute for the residents of south-east Wrocław to the city center takes only 15 minutes.
The general contractor for the Vitalia Residence development is Karmar, which has also built the first two stages of the Vitalia project for Ronson.
