S IMMO sells hotel in Prague

As part of its prudent investment strategy, S IMMO has once again completed a sale. The Julis Hotel in Prague, with a total leasable area of around 6,700 sqm, was sold to a Czech investor in the form of a share deal. The mixed-use property is located in the very centre of the city and comprises around 3,700 sqm of hotel space, around 1,500 sqm of retail space and around 1,500 sqm for a fitness centre.
