Mobica relocated its office in Szczecin to Posejdon. Real estate advisory firm Savills advised the tenant on the lease of 1,400 sqm of office space.
Global software services company Mobica has made the strategic decision to relocate its Szczecin office. The move will enable further growth for the company, while strengthening its market position in the Western Pomerania region of Poland. Mobica will be able to make new hires and further strengthen its market position in Szczecin, which has become a well-established hub for technology innovation and business in recent years. The move to the new office in the mixed-use project Posejdon occurred in February 2020.
“Posejdon is a modern and functional building in the very heart of Szczecin. It was a natural choice for us and the new office will provide an excellent work and development environment for our engineers,” says Michał Kaczmarek, Real Estate, Facilities and Procurement Manager at Mobica.
“Mobica is growing on the Polish market at a very rapid pace. It is expanding its offices in Poland and opting for high-quality buildings. Posejdon significantly increased Szczecin’s office stock, which will certainly make the city more attractive to companies considering locating their business in this part of the country,” says Piotr Skuza, Associate and Regional Manager, Office Agency, Savills.
Posejdon is a mixed-use complex comprising almost 18,000 sqm of office space, 5,000 sqm of retail space and two Marriott hotels: a three-star Moxy and a four-star Courtyard, which will offer a total of 255 rooms. It boasts low energy consumption and a BREEAM International New Construction 2016 certificate with an Excellent rating. In addition, thanks to modern, green solutions such as a passive geothermal energy system, high-performance heat pumps and photovoltaic solar panels, it emits approximately 75 percent less CO2. Posejdon will soon also feature the largest in the city conference centre comprising six rooms and a sky bar on its rooftop offering a panorama of Szczecin.
