International real estate investment manager Savills IM has signed 48 lease agreements covering a total area of over 211,000 sqm in Poland during the first half of 2025. These include lease extensions (68.5 percent of the leased space), expansions by existing tenants (28.8 percent), and new agreements (2.7 percent). With these completed transactions, the occupancy rate of Savills IM’s real estate portfolio in Poland currently stands at 96 percent.
The Polish portfolio of assets managed by Savills IM comprises properties in the office, logistics, and retail sectors, with a total area of approximately 1.5 million square meters. It comprises 17 modern logistics centres across Poland (including the Amazon distribution centre in Gliwice, Leroy Merlin and Castorama distribution centres near Łódź, the H&M distribution centre in Bolesławiec, and A2 Warsaw Park in Adamów), the Gdański Business Center office complex in Warsaw, and Galeria Katowicka. The total value of these assets is approximately €1.7 billion.
In the first half of 2025, Savills IM in Poland recorded its strongest leasing activity in the logistics sector. The company signed agreements for a total area of over 197,467 sqm in the logistics parks it manages. Among the 13 signed agreements were leases of varying sizes – from several thousand square metres to a record-breaking lease extension of almost 72,000 sqm in a logistics park in Łódź.
Strong results were also recorded in the office sector. During the period, 7 lease agreements were signed at the Gdański Business Center complex in Warsaw, covering a total of 8,389 sqm of modern commercial space, of which nearly 5,000 sqm were new leases.
At Galeria Katowicka, a leading retail and entertainment centre in Poland, 28 lease agreements – for a total area of 5,572 sqm – were signed in the first six months of 2025. The tenants included 6 new brands, while 12 existing tenants decided to extend their agreements for another period, and 10 other brands opted to expand their space. Brands from the Inditex Group (Bershka, Pull & Bear, Stradivarius), Medicine, and iSpot, among others, decided to continue their operations at Galeria Katowicka on a larger scale.
