Real estate advisory firm Savills has been appointed as the exclusive leasing adviser for Marynarska Point I in Warsaw’s Mokotów district.
Marynarska Point I, which is located at 15B Postępu Street in Warsaw, comprises a total of 13,270 sqm of modern office space spread over 10 floors and retail units on the ground level. Amenities within a five-minute walking distance include the Galeria Mokotów shopping centre, a kindergarten, a fitness centre, a swimming pool, as well as numerous restaurants and cafés. The property has been BREEAM In-Use Excellent certified and is a COVID-19 safe asset.

Marynarska Point I changed hands in 2021. It was acquired by an investment fund managed by Adventum Group. In addition to advising on space leasing, Savills is also the property manager for the building.
