AFI Office House has welcomed another tenant, with SwitchUp — an established provider of flexible office solutions — leasing a total of 2,040 sqm on the building’s 3rd and 5th floors. The office building, nominated for both the Warsaw Mayor’s Architectural Award and the SARP Award of the Year, continues to strengthen its position as a prime destination for work and business growth.
In June this year, SwitchUp will move into the nine-storey office building located at 10 Wronia Street in Warsaw. The international company specialises in tailor-made flexible office solutions and currently manages more than 250,000 sqm of office space used by renowned technology and financial companies.
“AFI Office House’s successful leasing performance confirms the strong demand for exceptional office space in prime locations. Our building offers employers a high standard of finish, functional layouts and excellent conditions for business growth. Employees benefit from extensive on-site amenities, close contact with nature and excellent accessibility. Another major advantage is the innovative solutions implemented throughout the building, which generate real savings, reduce resource consumption and support key ESG objectives. I would like to thank all AFI Office House tenants for their trust. I believe that the future office phases of the Towarowa22 super-quarter will also meet the expectations of tenants and positively shape the city landscape,” said Grzegorz Jamroziak, Asset Management Director at AFI Poland, the owner and manager of the building.
AFI Office House offers 32,000 sqm of office space and serves as a workplace for around 3,000 people. In addition to SwitchUp, tenants include companies such as Netflix, Maersk, Crowe and emagine. The building is also home to The Brunchery – bread & bar restaurant and the CHANGE fitness club. Additional restaurants offering a variety of international cuisines will soon open on the ground floor, with outdoor terraces set to enliven the area during the spring and summer seasons.
“Employees are far more willing to return to workplaces that are welcoming, well-connected and offer more than just a desk. Today’s offices create value by helping organisations attract talent and build strong teams. In addition to a comfortable working environment, AFI Office House provides employees with close contact with nature and spaces designed for relaxation and social interaction, whether during lunch breaks or after-work meetings,” added Michał Żelski, Leasing & Asset Director at Echo Investment.
