Savills will manage five properties owned by M7 Real Estate: two buildings in Poznań and three buildings in Warsaw. The two office buildings in Poznan are RB House and Dwór Hamburski. Tenants include IPF Group and T-Mobile Polska. Two other office buildings are Jasna 24 and Wola Plaza in Warsaw which includes tenants Hochtief Poland, among others. The third Warsaw building is a modern warehouse, Airport House, with office and social facilities. The total portfolio under management amounts to 25,000 sqm.
“There is potential to implement appropriate measures to increase the value of the buildings included in the acquired portfolio and to optimize fees. This will make the buildings more attractive to current and prospective tenants. With a very high supply of new space, real estate management services are essential for older properties to compete effectively in the market,” said Bartłomiej Łepkowski, Head of Property and Asset Management at Savills.
The buildings will be managed by experts from Savills Property and Asset Management Department. Currently Savills has 300,000 sqm of retail and office portfolio under management, specializing in increasing real estate value, control and optimization of operating costs, marketing and technical advice, including coordination of environmental certification process. Savills acts as property manager for office buildings like Nobilis Business House, Millenium Park, Mokotów Plaza and Tulipan House and retail schemes such as Galeria Pomorska, Morski Park Handlowy and Ferio Wawer.
For M7 Real Estate, Savills will also provide project management services, including coordination of arrangement and finishing works for common areas.
