Sephora is the first perfumery chain to choose Galeria Młociny. The store will occupy over 310 sqm in the modern retail and entertainment center being developed in the Bielany district of Warsaw.
“Galeria Młociny was the obvious choice for Sephora’s next location, fully in line with our development strategy,” said Kamila Jaroszyńska, Investment and Development Director at Sephora Polska. “We consistently select locations with the biggest growth potential and the presence of our brand in shopping centres guarantees an attractive tenant mix. We also generate footfall thanks to numerous promotions, regular events and marketing activities which engage consumers.”
Over half of the available retail space (70,000 sqm total GLA) in Galeria Młociny has already been leased. The centre will offer 220 retail and service units, home to many popular brands including Zara, Pull&Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius and Oysho, as well as VAN GRAAF, C&A and H&M. There will also be watch and jewelry stores: Apart, Bijou Brigitte, YES, Swatch, Briju and Zibi, while anyone looking for trendy home furnishings and accessories will find them at Zara Home and Mensa Home. Leisure and entertainment will be provided by the 9-screen CINEMA3D. Active shoppers will also be able to keep fit at the Calypso Fitness Club and buy sportswear and equipment at GO Sport and Martes Sport. The center will also offer something for children, namely a SMYK store.
Galeria Młociny will feature a unique food court concept with modern aesthetics, lots of natural light and outdoor seating in the rooftop garden. So far lease agreements have been signed by KFC, Pizza Hut Express, Burger King, Express Kuchnia Marché, Lifemotiv, Olimp, Subway, ZenThai, Sevi Kebab, Compañeros and Saladki.
