EuropaProperty is excited to reveal the shortlist for the 6th annual CRE Awards, recognizing the top buildings, companies, real estate deals, and industry professionals across the international markets of Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Serbia, and the wider Balkans region. The winners from 22 categories will be unveiled at the Gala Dinner on October 15th in Budapest.
This prestigious event will be held at the InterContinental Hotel in Budapest. The one-day event will kick off with the CEO Breakfast Forum, which includes high-speed investor networking, insightful presentations on Hungary and the region’s economic potential, and engaging discussion panels focused on investment, finance & banking, and development. The panels will cover key sectors such as office, retail, residential, and industrial real estate, and conclude with a Q&A session and a light lunch for further networking.
The evening portion, regarded as the ultimate networking event, will commence with opening cocktails followed by a 5-star sit-down dinner and the awards presentation. The night will wrap up with late-night networking and entertainment in true EuropaProperty style.
The CRE Awards ceremony provides a unique opportunity to connect with colleagues, clients, and new and long-standing contacts. It is an excellent platform to showcase your company or project in a professional yet social atmosphere.
The CRE Awards is the only ceremony that celebrates and honours real estate excellence in Hungary and the Balkans. The awards will be presented to companies and individuals who have demonstrated the best overall performance over the past year and achieved consistent results.
Award Categories:
Company of the Year: Awards will be given to leading companies in categories such as development, consultancy/letting, professional services, law, property management, and architecture. Companies will be judged based on market contribution, customer service quality, innovation, commercial success, leadership, ESG considerations and market penetration.
Project of the Year: The best developments will be recognized for their commercial success, environmental practices, design quality, building efficiency, and location.
Professional of the Year: This award honours the top professionals in the CEE region, recognizing their valuable contributions to the real estate sector.
