Sollers moves into Szyperska Office Centre – EuropaProperty

Savills has brokered a leasing deal for 600 sqm of office space for Sollers Consulting in the Szyperska Office Centre in Poznań. The company will take up occupation on the fourth floor in June 2017. As exclusive agent in the transaction, Savills represented Wechta, the building’s owner.

Szyperska Office Center is a seven-storey Class-A office building situated almost on the banks of the Warta port basin. Its excellent location, just 10 minutes walking distance from Old Market Square, makes it an extremely attractive place to do business. The building has an underground garage, ground floor with commercial and service area and six office floors.
