Stena Real Estate Expands Kraków Portfolio with Acquisition in High5ive Complex

Stena Real Estate AB has reached a significant milestone in its European expansion, now owning over 100,000 sqm of modern office space in Poland. The Swedish investor has strengthened its position in Kraków with the acquisition of two fully leased, LEED Platinum-certified buildings in the centrally located High5ive office complex.

“Crossing 100,000 sqm is a major milestone for us and signals our long-term commitment to Poland. Our growing portfolio gives us a strong platform for continued growth in one of Europe’s most promising office markets,” said Sofia Granlund, CEO of Stena Real Estate AB.

The two buildings – High5ive 1 and 2 – were purchased from a fund managed by Niam. The deal complements Stena’s earlier acquisition of High5ive 3 in early 2022, consolidating the company’s footprint in one of Central Europe’s most dynamic office markets.

The newly acquired properties offer 23,600 sqm of GLA and house prominent tenants including Hitachi Energy, PwC, Business Link, Kaseya, and Shoper. Their LEED Platinum certification underscores their strong sustainability credentials and long-term investment value.

Located next to Kraków Główny railway station and within walking distance of the Main Market Square, the High5ive complex offers exceptional connectivity and access to retail and services, making it one of the city’s most desirable business locations.

With this latest acquisition, Stena Real Estate now owns six office buildings in Poland: Spark B and Studio B in Warsaw, Centrum Południe 1 in Wrocław, and three buildings in Kraków’s High5ive complex.
