Krakow-based Styler, one of Europe’s leaders in the production of wall decorations, will expand its warehouse and office space by 2,900 sqm in the 7R Park Krakow logistics park. The new location will serve as a warehouse for finished products and a distribution centre preparing shipments to key customers in Poland and 40 countries. Styler is a manufacturer of stylish photo frames as well as picture and mirror frames. The company’s products are available in Poland and abroad, in large decoration and construction chains, furniture shops, photo salons, and trade Internet portals.
“We decided to work with AXI IMMO due to their comprehensive and professional knowledge of the local real estate market. We did not realize it, but we decided to resign to search on our own and other consulting agencies with company potential. The task was not easy because we could not find an adequate space for us on the local market. An AXI IMMO consultant prepared a solution enabling us to occupy a warehouse compliant with the expected technical parameters in a location that was about to be put into operation. Without their support, such an operation would have been rather impossible. Thanks to the knowledge and possibilities of AXI IMMO, we negotiated a very favourable rental rate. Styler will occupy over 2,700 sqm of warehouse space, which will be used to store finished goods before shipment to contractors while retaining and converting the previous location entirely for a production facility. The entire lease is complemented by over 150 sqm of office space.
“The new space enables us to relocate the entire finished goods warehouse to a well-connected logistics park. We created a modern distribution centre that will prepare shipments to over a thousand outlets in Poland and abroad in a three-shift system. Thanks to relocation, more production space will be freed up at the company’s headquarters, allowing to launch of new product lines and further growth,” adds Szymon Romaniewski.

Firstly, it guaranteed almost prompt access to the new space, with no delay in production. The warehouse location will enable the tenant to distribute its product range to domestic and foreign customers optimally. In the vicinity of the investment, employees will have a roofed shelter for bicycles at their disposal; there are hives for bees and flower meadows watered with collected rainwater in the green areas. 7R Park Kraków is a modern ten hall A-class warehouse park with approximately 213,332 sqm total area. The investment near Cracow offers both multitenant space and BTS facilities. The distribution centre is located within the Wieliczka Economic Activity Zone at a distance of 3 km to the S7 motorway, 4 km to the Bieżanów junction on the A4 highway, 14 km to the PKP Kraków Główny railway station, 15 km to the centre of Kraków and 30 km to the John Paul II Kraków Balice International Airport. Public and suburban transport stops are located near the warehouse park.
