The construction of the Siennicka 29 residential development in Warsaw’s Grochów district is now underway. Syrena Invest has signed a contract with the general contractor TECHBAU Budownictwo, with completion planned for the fourth quarter of 2026.
Syrena Invest has completed the selection process for the general contractor, officially handing over the construction site to TECHBAU Budownictwo on March 3. This marks the beginning of the next phase of the project. The investor values cooperation with Polish companies that have industry experience and strong expertise.
Marianelly Hernández Reyna, Managing Director of Syrena Invest, highlights that the Spanish-capital-backed developer, which has been operating in Poland for 18 years, supports the growth of local businesses by entrusting them with various stages of its projects.
Siennicka 29 will feature a simple yet elegant architectural design, forming part of a modern residential quarter at the intersection of Drwęcka and Siennicka streets. This area is rapidly developing and well-connected within the Praga-Południe district. Given the surrounding infrastructure and nearby developments, the project will require precise execution and excellent coordination from the contractor.
“We are entrusting the construction of our latest development to TECHBAU Budownictwo. We expect high-quality workmanship delivered on schedule and a strong partnership to ensure a smooth process with future residents in mind,” says Marianelly Hernández Reyna.
Jacek Nędza, President of the Board at TECHBAU Budownictwo, emphasizes that the company’s priority is to maintain the highest construction standards in terms of quality, deadlines, and attention to detail, ensuring that the final result meets the expectations of both the investor and future residents.
The architectural concept, developed by ES-PRO Mariusz Szpotowicz studio, ensures that the building’s aesthetics align with the character of the district. The façade will feature white thin-layer plaster with anthracite-colored elements and decorative cladding in select areas.
Syrena Invest has also prioritized environmental sustainability in this project. The development will include a rainwater collection system for irrigating green common areas, as well as a photovoltaic installation to reduce energy costs, support decarbonization, and utilize renewable energy sources. Additionally, to enhance green space in the district, a green roof will be installed over the underground garage.
