Syrena Invest launches two residential projects in Warsaw

In the coming months, Syrena Invest will begin construction on two intimate residential developments in Warsaw’s Białołęka district. Both projects are being developed in line with the company’s strategy, which prioritises the selection of appropriate locations that guarantee residents’ comfort and a wide range of amenities. The developments will be characterised by high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.

Marianelly Hernández Reyna, CEO of Syrena Invest, emphasises that Białołęka boasts many advantages, such as green spaces and extensive public and commercial infrastructure. Investments in public transportation, including a tram line, are also planned. “We hope that both of our investments in this developing district will attract interest from young buyers and families with children, for whom the standard of new construction with access to convenient infrastructure will be crucial. At the same time, they will be attracted by attractive prices compared to other districts of Warsaw,” she said.

Construction is scheduled to begin this year, with completion of both projects set for 2028.
