Syrena Real Estate Projects Switch to Green Energy

In partnership with Polenergia Sprzedaż, four investments in Syrena Rela Estate’s portfolio: the Diuna office complex (46,000 sqm), the HOP office building (14,000 sqm) and the PRS Habitu building (3,000 sqm) in Warsaw and Office Komandorska in Wrocław (4,000 sqm), have been powered exclusively with energy from RES since the beginning of 2025. The agreement provides for a contracted energy volume of 30,000 MWh, which will fully cover the energy needs of the properties in the Syrena Real Estate portfolio.

Syrena Real Estate is not only adapting its projects to the challenges of climate change but is also focusing on the long-term stabilisation of energy costs. The agreement with Polenergia Sprzedaż is an important part of its strategy aiming to reduce CO₂ emissions and ensure energy efficiency for the company’s real estate projects over several years.
