96 percent of Lublin residents have declared that they will visit Tarasy Zamkowe shopping and entertainment center in Lublin once it is launched, according to a Millward Brown survey conducted for IMMOFINANZ Group, the investor and developer of the project. The main reasons provided by the respondents were curiosity and the convenient inner city location of the center.
According to the respondents who took part in the survey entitled “Study on the needs of potential customers of the Tarasy Zamkowe shopping center in Lublin” the ideal shopping center should offer a wide variety of brands, especially those that have not been available in Lublin before. It should also provide convenient parking spaces and distinguish itself from other retail facilities by offering unique, luxurious and niche products.
The key factors for choosing Tarasy Zamkowe by the future customers are: attractive retail offer (54 percent of respondents) and inner city location with convenient access (37 percent and 24 percent respectively).
90 percent of Lublin residents are interested in finding popular fashion brands in Tarasy Zamkowe. 77 percent of respondents search for shoes and leather accessories stores, health and beauty stores and pharmacies. 71 percent of Lubliners declare that they would like to visit stores offering music, books, computer games and groceries.
According to the survey, the largest customer group for Tarasy Zamkowe – over 40 percent – will be 25-40 year olds with secondary and higher education and permanent jobs. Second largest customer group – 15 percent – will be students visiting the center not only for shopping but also to enjoy their free time.
Tarasy Zamkowe is a high-tech shopping and entertainment center that will accommodate for 150 stores and service points at the 38,000 sq m GLA. Three levels of the underground car park will offer 1,400 convenient parking spaces. The opening of Tarasy Zamkowe is scheduled for Q1 2015.
