Tate & Lyle will move its local office to the Hi Piotrkowska building in Łódź, managed by the Master Management Group. The company will occupy the entire fifth floor of the building, around 1,740 sqm of office space. It will house the headquarters of Tate & Lyle Global Shared Services, which has been supporting the business processes of the Tate & Lyle Group for 12 years, serving its companies around the world in the areas of finance, accounting, customer service, IT, purchasing, HR and payroll, and others.
“The choice of the new location was preceded by very thorough analyses, both in terms of the company’s needs and the needs of our employees,” says Miłosz Aleksander, Vice President, Managing Director of Tate & Lyle Global Shared Services. “We wanted our office to be attractive from the perspective of location, security, applied solutions, as well as the infrastructure of the building itself and its surroundings. Hi Piotrkowska meets all these requirements.”
Hi Piotrkowska is a multifunctional office and service complex, located in the very centre of Łódź. It consists of two office buildings with a total area of 21,000 sqm and a Hampton by Hilton hotel. The first office building is a 20-storey A+ class tower, 82 meters high, which makes it the tallest office building in the city, and a 5-storey building, located in a series of historic tenement houses, directly at Piotrkowska Street. The entire complex was built in accordance with the best standards in the field of sustainable development, which is confirmed by the Excellent rating in the BREEAM certification system.
“Tate & Lyle is another international company that will move into Hi Piotrkowska. The tenant’s decision to relocate his office to the tallest office building in the city confirms the attractiveness and high quality of our investment in Łódź, which perfectly meets the needs of Shared Service Centres. Professional service, the introduction of ESG solutions and the provision of various mix-used services are the key elements of our management strategy, which determine the effective support of our tenants’ business activities,” says Justyna Drużyńska, MRICS, Director of Office Operations at Master Management Group.
Tate & Lyle was represented by experts from the Colliers office in Łódź.
“The transaction in which we advised confirms that the office market in Łódź is still alive and companies are renting new space. Many of them, especially those from the modern business services sector, are willing to relocate to buildings that better meet ESG requirements or are located closer to various services, and the Hi Piotrkowska complex is certainly one of them,” says Marcin Włodarczyk, Regional Director of Colliers in Łódź.
