The 9th annual EuropaProperty SEE Real Estate Awards Gala & Forum is the only event of its kind covering the South Eastern European region. The event brings together the most active international and local developers, bankers, investors, lawyers and other CRE professionals operating in the region.
The awards will be held at the Athenee Palace Hilton Hotel in Bucharest, Romania, on April 10th. This one day event includes the morning forum consisting of high-impact discussion-panels covering the region’s key sectors and issues followed by the evening’s opening cocktails, dinner and awards gala, with networking opportunities throughout the day and into the late evening.
The day opens with the SEE forum and opening keynote speech, followed by the BPO/Outsourcing and Shared Services forum, as Romania and the SEE region are becoming the “new” hot spots for BPO and Shared Services Centres. Global companies have been opening service centers in the CEE region for several years with Poland leading the way. Now Romania and the SEE region are getting attention as destinations of choice.
Following this is the Retail in SEE forum covering all the latest developments in retail, the challenge of online for shopping centres, and retailers, as well as discussing all the opportunities for development and investment.
The forum provides an opportunity to hear from retail experts, developers, bankers and investors from across the region, and to discuss the current topics with them and other real estate professionals.
Nominations for the 9th Annual EuropaProperty SEE Real Estate Awards can be made at no cost online at www.seerealestateawards.com.
An independent jury carries out the process of deciding between the nominations for the award categories. The members of the jury are all experienced real estate professionals, and are from every sector of the commercial real estate and retail industries in the region.
The jury meets in March to finalise and vote on a short list, from all nominations received. The short list is announced mid-March.
The finalists who are short-listed have their entries scrutinised and the jury then votes to decide the winners on the night before the gala. The Event Auditor, E&Y audit the voting process.
Countries eligible to enter the awards include, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, the Republic of Moldova and Albania.
