Prime Kapital to deliver second phase of resi project near Bucharest in 2025
Prime Kapital aims to deliver by the end of 2025 the second phase of its Avalon Estate residential project based near Bucharest.
The company will develop 153 new residential units as well as boutique commercial spaces spanning 800 sqm. In this phase, Prime Kapital will also complete the last section of the project’s central park. In the first phase, Prime Kapital has completed 352 residential units.
The residential buildings will meet nZEB and EU 2030 standards for energy efficiency.
Prime Kapital has completed to date 1,600 residential units and over 2,185 parking spaces in three Romanian cities.
Ušće and Beo shopping centers have achieved the LEED EBOM gold certifications
MPC Properties’ UŠĆE and Beo Shopping Centers have been awarded the LEED EBOM Gold certifications for excelling in several areas.

The achieved certification also indicates that the building has successfully implemented comprehensive waste management practices, thus significantly reducing waste generation, increasing recycling rates, and minimizing the amount of waste sent to landfills.
Both buildings underscore that achieving the LEED EBOM Gold certification not only recognizes their commitment to environmental stewardship but also enhances the value and marketability of their properties.
Avison Young expands in Greece as part of SEE push

NREP building timber residential building with low carbon footprint
Nordic real estate investor Nrep has announced the construction of a six-storey timber residential building in Copenhagen’s new sustainable harbourside city district. The 13,100 sqm development will have the lowest ever carbon emissions for a building over four floors in Denmark due to its wooden construction.
Designed by Henning Larsen, the building is comprised of 115 apartments and two commercial spaces and is expected to be ready for occupancy by mid-2026.
Nicole van der Star, Investment Developer at Nrep, said: “The new timber construction builds on the many experiences within CO2 reduction that we have from other projects. The project will be an open source project, and we will share both blueprint and construction plans so that others can freely copy or be inspired by the project.”
