Passerinvest launches construction of office project in Prague
Passerinvest Group has started the construction of a new office and mixed-use building in Prague’s Brumlovka located in Prague 4.
The building will offer a combination of approximately 20,500 sqm of offices for rent (2nd-8th above-ground floors), 71 rental housing units (9th-15th above-ground floor) and a commercial area of 2,000 sqm on the ground floor. The planned completion of the office part is estimated at the end of 2026, and the full construction, including the residential part, is expected to be completed in the spring of 2027.
“For two years, no significant office building has been built in Prague for the free market. I firmly believe that this concept will find its customers,” says Radim Passer, Founder and CEO at Passerinvest Group.
Frigo Logistics inaugurates a freezer warehouse in Żnin
logistics operator for deep-frozen products Frigo Logistics has expanded and upgraded the refrigeration infrastructure at its distribution centre in Żnin. The facility will be powered by a solar PV installation. The PLN 80 million investment will bolster the region’s status as a key logistics hub in Poland, enhancing support for domestic, local, and international supply chain companies.
“The expansion and upgrade of the freezer warehouse in Żnin are part of Frigo Logistics’ comprehensive investment plan totalling PLN 200 million,” said Jarosław Kołodziejski, Managing Director of Warehousing at Frigo Logistics.
Kajima Poland is responsible for general contracting and design. “The Żnin project marks the fifth collaboration we have completed for Frigo Logistics,” said Sandra Wróblewska, Senior Business Development Manager at Kajima Poland.
Kaufland revives historic market hall in Sofia

Globalworth gets LEED certification for Bucharest office building
Globalworth has secured the LEED certification for Globalworth Tower Center International, located in the CBD area of Bucharest. Cushman & Wakefield Echinox has assisted the office developer in the certification process.
LEED-certified buildings are critical to addressing climate change and meeting ESG goals, enhancing resilience, and supporting more equitable communities.
“The certification strategy included a blend of the existing characteristics which already ensured a high sustainability score so that the asset corresponds to the latest certification standard demands,” explained Mihnea Cristescu, Project Manager and sustainability specialist within the Project Management department at Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.
