AFI Europe Poland Announces Dynamic Growth and Future Plans
AFI Europe Poland is developing sustainable, long-term investments that benefit both investors and local communities. Long-Term Investment Strategy focuses on three main areas: rental apartments (PRS), offices, and mixed-use projects.
Between 2022 and 2024, AFI launched five Private Rented Sector (PRS) projects, adding 746 apartments in Warsaw and Kraków. By the end of the year, they aim to have nearly 1,700 units, including a new market in Wrocław.
The company manages nearly 70,000 sqm of office space in Kraków and Warsaw. They are modernizing existing buildings and introducing new amenities to enhance employee comfort. A significant new office project, the Office House, is set to open in Warsaw by spring 2025.
AFI is actively involved in large-scale, multi-use developments. Key projects include the Towarowa 22 in Warsaw, and the Bohema project, which revitalizes a historic site in Warsaw’s Praga district. Both projects aim to blend residential, commercial, and public spaces while preserving historical and cultural elements.
