GREYKITE Launches €300 Million Logistics Joint Venture in Poland
GREYKITE European Real Estate Fund has teamed up with White Star Real Estate to create a €300 million joint venture in Poland’s logistics sector. The partnership kicks off with the acquisition of three logistics properties in Warsaw, Strykow, and Gliwice, offering over 142,000 sqm of lettable space. These properties, developed by White Star, are nearly fully occupied and serve over 40 tenants. The venture aims to capitalize on Poland’s growing logistics market, driven by trends like nearshoring and e-commerce growth.

Panattoni Expands Into Baltic States With BTS Services
Panattoni is extending its operations to the Baltic States—Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia—offering build-to-suit (BTS) industrial solutions. Initially focusing on Lithuania, Panattoni will operate from its Warsaw office but plans to establish a local office. The move is in response to increasing demand for modern logistics solutions. Despite challenges like older buildings and low liquidity, Panattoni sees great potential in the region, particularly with nearshoring and infrastructure projects like Via Baltica.
“We believe that the opportunity to unify our cross-border services will serve as a useful tool for further growth,” points out Jerzy Kozłowski, BTS Development Director with responsibility for the development of Panattoni’s project in the Baltic states.
Oriflame Relocates to 25,000 sqm Warehouse at MDC2 Park Łódź South
Oriflame, a global cosmetics brand, is moving its distribution centre to MDC2 Park Łódź South, a logistics park in Poland with excellent access to key transport routes. The facility is designed with sustainability in mind, featuring energy-efficient systems and green spaces. This move supports Oriflame’s expanding business and aligns with its environmental goals.
